Ok, here’s the thing – I have a big relationship issue with food! I love to eat and somehow I’ve developed an appetite for things that aren’t that good for me, especially when I eat a lot of them!

So it was a welcome change when I met up with Hetty Burcham for a coffee (2 x skinny flat whites!). Here was a nutritional advisor I could really relate to, and someone I’d be glad to refer to any of my 1:1 Diet customers thinking about their own nutritional needs in the future. Looking forward to working with you Hetty.

In Hetty’s own words:

‘I believe that good nutrition is a fundamental part of really getting the most from life; our bedrock. If you eat well, you feel well and it is not a coincidence. A skinny flat white is one of my positive choices!  I love being outdoors, love walking Nellie, my wonderfully happy Spaniel Pointer cross and I opt for positive nutritional choices as a way of enabling me to get to do it more often.

We all know how easy it is to slip from the slippery slope so I offer a tailor-made service which can take you from feeling lost and out of control to feeling informed and healthy.

I can show you foods that taste great, are easy to cook and are healthy choices but more importantly, are foods that you will like to eat and will know how to cook. I choose to eat uncomplicated, balanced and easy meals which are brimming with nutrition. I am all about straightforward simplicity and manageable routine, ease and more importantly delicious food! You really can have your cake and eat it with a bit of knowledge and a few tweaks here and there!’
